Authorisation Appian Asset Management Limited is regulated by the Financial Regulator.
Appian was incorporated in December 2002, began trading on the 1st April 2003 having received its authorisation from the Regulator in March 2003.
Anti Money Laundering Legislation Appian is a designated body for money laundering purposes. The Criminal Justice Act, 1994, requires Appian to identify all client individuals and entities with whom it transacts business.
Individuals will be required to provide Appian with a copy of their passport and/or driving Licence and a copy of an up to date utility bill with their current address as well as signing an investment management agreement before any accounts can be set up or business transacted.
Security of your assets All cash and assets administered on your behalf by Appian are held with our current custodian, Bank of Ireland Securities Services. Appian does not manage client assets on a pooled basis, Appian opens a separate designated account with the custodian for each of its clients.
