Portfolio Advice

As an independent asset manager, Appian takes a holistic approach to its clients needs and can provide advice where:

(i)     Appian manages only a part of the clients’ portfolio.  Appian will review the performance of all of the clients investments and  provide an annual report so that clients can have one reference point for their investments.

 
(ii)    The client is considering other investments outside Appian in property or private venture capital.  Appian will as part of its service review any investments with its clients and seek to provide the client with sufficient relevant information before a final decision is made. 

Appian charges a time based fee for this service, which will be agreed with you in advance.
